On the complexity of voting.

Is voting more identity dependent than financial transactions or banking?
I ask because you can only vote in person, while you can complete nearly any financial transaction online with an existing account.
Voter turnout is reaching an all time low. The obvious solution would be to make voting easier.
And my assumption for why that hasn’t happened, is that making voting easier...
